West London’s Secret Sandwich Shop has partnered with Flying Goose sriracha for a hot Halloween sando, made on fluffy charcoal shokupan.

Secret Sandwich Shop‘s latest sando release is a limited-edition collaboration with Flying Goose sriracha, on the menu until Halloween on October 31.

Secret Sandwich Shop founder, Robie Uniacke, has worked with the Thai sauce brand on a sandwich combining turkey, chorizo, lettuce, tomato, Monster Munch crumb and finished with lashings of spicy Sriracha Blackout and Spicy Sriracha Mayo, arranged on black charcoal milk loaf.

Flying Goose has become one of the country’s favourite, and most recognisable srirachas. Made from an original recipe from the Si Racha district in Thailand, the sauces use only Thai herbs alongside other authentic ingredients.

Since opening above Notting Hill nightclub The Globe in 2020, Secret Sandwich Shop has delighted Londoners with its ever-changing selection of playful and seasonal sandwiches.

October’s collaboration continues Secret Sandwich Shop’s monthly series which sees founder Robie collaborate with peers to create fresh takes on the Wanpaku sandwich (a popular Japanese children’s sandwich, made from two thin slices of bread and stuffed with a variety of ingredients).

Past collaborators include Patty & Bun, It’s Bagel’s, Sensational Sandwiches and Dr Sting’s.

Robie Uniacke, Founder of Secret Sandwich Shop says “Flying Goose Sriracha is a solid addition to anything. Here we are showing it off in all its glory in a sando that is using our Limited Fluffy Black Charcoal Milk Bread. How hot is this sandwich? Blackout Hot.”
