Nhow Frankfurt is launching an NFT collection inspired by the new cocktails at its NFT Skybar, the highest rooftop bar in Germany.

Design-led hotel Nhow Frankfurt is selling a collection of NFT artwork inspired by the creative cocktails from its rooftop bar.

Located on the 47th floor of nhow Frankfurt, with a striking wraparound design, NFT Skybar offers 360-degree views of the city’s skyline, where guests can experience one-of-a-kind NFT artworks while sipping creative cocktails.

The NFT collection, Daydream Trip, has been created by experimental digital artist David Zuker, who also came up with the hotel’s design concept. The NFT series is centred around the theme: “The Art of Money”, in line with Frankfurt’s identity as a global financial hub.

As well as being able to purchase any of the 30 NFT artworks in the collection, buyers will also enjoy one-year of priority access to NFT Skybar, a one-off complimentary cocktail, and the chance to attend the launch event of the NFT collection, where David Zuker and nhow Frankfurt’s mixologist Abdullah Rashwani will showcase their work.

NFT Skybar’s new cocktail menu - curated by Rashwani - taps into mixology trends, offering a sensory tasting experience through drinks that embody the innovative character of nhow Frankfurt, while complementing the NFT collection. The diverse menu features twists on classic cocktails, as well as extravagant “interactive” creations.

For example, Nebula Elixir is a “galactic blend” of Hennessy, yuzu liqueur and a theatrical smoke effect, while Golden Smoke Old Fashioned is a sophisticated, smoky reinterpretation of the classic Old Fashioned, with saffron and edible gold, playing on the retro revival trend. Flaming Rose is a tropical, spicy concoction with banana-infused vodka, jalapenos and rose syrup, a nod to the 2025 trend for drinks with sweet and spicy combinations.

Speaking about creating the Daydream Trip NFT collection, Zuker says: "From the dream-like visions that each of the cocktails on the NFT Sky Bar menu has generated in me, I have created a dream, a teleportation, which I share with the viewer through a genuine, unique and unconventional experience. An experience intended to be an inner journey with which I hope not only to create sensations, but to take you with me on a journey through the mind and soul. Each of these experiences will be lived in its full splendour if combined with the nuances of the flavours of each of the cocktail on the NFT Skybar menu."
